• Project Coordination:
  Work closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

• Compliance Management:
  Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.

• Client Interaction:
  Present design ideas and progress updates to clients while incorporating feedback effectively.

• Problem Solving:
  Address design and construction challenges with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Experience:
  2–4 years of professional experience in architectural design.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).

  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Design Skills:

  • Exceptional conceptual and technical design abilities.

  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Additional Requirements:
